For back-ordering of re-releasing product(s). Partial / upfront payment is the minimum requirement for item preorder / reservation. Please refer to respective product(s) pricing section for required deposit / upfront amount.

No refund / exchange will be applicable if customer(s) wish to cancel the order.

Any partial / upfront payment may be considered as void if final payment is not complete within 48 hours from the date of product arrival unless otherwise stated in the notification.

Please take note that we will NOT SHIP / ALLOW SELF COLLECTION when ALL item(s) in the respective single order become available. Should you wish to receive those item(s) once it is available / in-stock, please submit your item(s) order seperately.
